With the new booking workflow module, now you can set up your appointment booking workflow as per your business needs. There is fours workflow option available to choose from:

OPTION 1: Pending Approval -> Pending Payment -> Confirmed

Choosing this option will bring your customer to follow the following booking journey:

  1. Customer book an appointment
  2. Email notification sent to admin for approval
  3. Admin approve or reject the appointment via link in the email
  4. Email notification sent to the customer to inform the status and ask for payment
  5. Customer make payment online
  6. Once paid, the appointment status marked as confirmed and notify the customer accordingly

OPTION 2: Pending Approval -> Confirmed

Choosing this option will bring your customer to follow the following booking journey:

  1. Customer book an appointment
  2. Email notification sent to admin for approval
  3. Admin approve or reject the appointment via link in the email
  4. The appointment status marked as confirmed and email notification sent to the customer to inform the status

OPTION 3: Pending Payment -> Confirmed

Choosing this option will bring your customer to follow the following booking journey:

  1. Customer book an appointment
  2. Customer make payment online
  3. Once paid, the appointment status marked as confirmed and notify the customer accordingly

OPTION 4: Confirmed

Choosing this option will bring your customer to follow the following booking journey:

  1. Customer book an appointment
  2. The appointment status marked as confirmed and notify the customer accordingly
