With the new booking workflow module, now you can set up your appointment booking workflow as per your business needs. There is fours workflow option available to choose from:
OPTION 1: Pending Approval -> Pending Payment -> Confirmed
Choosing this option will bring your customer to follow the following booking journey:
- Customer book an appointment
- Email notification sent to admin for approval
- Admin approve or reject the appointment via link in the email
- Email notification sent to the customer to inform the status and ask for payment
- Customer make payment online
- Once paid, the appointment status marked as confirmed and notify the customer accordingly
OPTION 2: Pending Approval -> Confirmed

- Customer book an appointment
- Email notification sent to admin for approval
